With less than a week left in the transfer window, we can expect a flurry of transfer activity over the coming days. One deal that looks as if it’s nearing its completion is Kevin Mirallas’ proposed move to Fiorentina.
According to Sky Sports News, as cited by Sports Mole, the Belgian winger is nearing a move to Serie A side, Fiorentina, having recently returned from a loan move with Olympiacos. During his spell with the Greek team, Mirallas only scored two goals in 13 appearances, and it seems that he’s been recruited to try and aid Fiorentina’s recovery as they only managed a measly eighth-placed finish in Serie A, last season.
Clearly, it doesn’t appear that the experienced winger features in Marco Silva’s plans, and while the Belgian international has been a valiant servant for the club since joining in 2012, it seems that his Everton career is nearing its completion.
