The Liverpool Echo has reported that we’re interested in Hirving Lozano but it looks as though it’s going to be far from easy to get him in this summer.
An exciting winger, Lozano is only 22-years-old but looks as though he’s ready to really kick on in terms of his career.
He shone at the World Cup for Mexico with some dynamic displays and would surely boost our attack if he arrived.
However, the chase for him has gotten a bit tougher with TMW reporting that Manchester United are also keen on him.
Indeed, they are also saying a bid worth £35.4m is being readied by United so it remains to be seen what happens next.
The Verdict
I’d really like Lozano to arrive at Goodison but I’m not sure whether we’re going to be able to do it.
We’ve got the money and the spot for him to play but if United get involved it will be hard to try and fend them off.
