It’s fair to say that as far as Everton players go, few can hold a candle to Richarlison as far as his form goes. The Brazilian has been brilliant since he moved to Goodison Park from Watford.

The role of Marco Silva was always going to be crucial, owing to their time together in London, but now it’s become clear just how well the pair get along.

As per an article posted on the official Everton website, and shared on the Everton Twitter page, the Brazilian has revealed how he views Silva as a “father figure”

“He came to Brazil to bring me to England and to help me realise the dream of playing in the Premier League”, he added.

Clearly, Richarlison is loving life under Silva at Everton, and that’s great news for the Toffees. With 4 goals in just 6 Premier League appearances from the attaacker, it’s fair to say that the pair are a match made in heaven, and hopefully, the Brazilian’s fine form won’t be slowing down anytime soon.

With dazzling flair and brilliant technical ability, it’s fair to say that his capture is quickly beginning to look like a bit of a coup for Everton.

In an era in which player power has become so important, we’re just glad that the Everton dressing room appears to be all about working together towards a singular goal – and long may it continue.
