Everton saw Kevin Mirallas leave the club earlier on this summer on loan with it up for debate whether we’ll see him in blue once again.
The winger has had an up and down time at the club with it evident that some managers at least have not always fancied him.
There have been rumours he’s had an attitude problem at times, of course, and it certainly seems as though Marco Silva was not particularly bothered about keeping him.
A permanent sale might not be out of the question, then, and it looks as though he could have gone a couple of years ago according to claims he’s made.
Indeed, he’s said that he could have gone to Tottenham via calciomercato:
“There was also Tottenham who courted me. The charm of the Premier League, the opportunity to participate in the Champions League. New emotions. Instead nothing.”
Obviously, they have the Champions League at the moment but would he have played? I don’t think he gets in their side or ours at the moment so I could see his Premier League stay coming to an end.
