We’re all eager to see how Henry Onyekuru is going to do this season for Turkish side Galatasaray as he looks to earn a work permit for this country.
He’s a powerful forward with pace and a decent eye for finishing so it is easy to see why some are comparing him to Romelu Lukaku.
He does have a little bit to go until he can be considered at that level, of course, but he’s made some decent strides forward this season and the latest comes in the form of a Champions League nod.
He’s in the Turkish side’s squad for the game with Benfica this week and it’ll certainly be good to see him play if he gets the chance.
Experience like that should help him earn a work permit and it is clear that he’s gradually developing into a half-decent forward.
Now we’ll just have to wait and see what happens exactly.
