According to the Mirror, Everton are looking closely at Monchengladbach midfielder Denis Zakaria.
The Blues have had a pretty quiet window up until now but it looks as though we’re finally kicking on with our recruitment of players.
Richarlison has arrived and we’re being linked with many more with Zakaria quickly progressing.
He’s only been with the German side a year but has impressed with his displays in the holding role and at 21-years-old could be someone Silva looks to build our midfield around for the coming years.
The Verdict
I don’t know too much about this guy but I do know that he’s quickly emerged in Germany and that he seems ready to play at the highest level.
Getting into our midfield would be no mean feat and he is very young but he seems ready to play regularly and I’d back Marco to develop into a fine midfield asset.
