Time is certainly running out in the transfer window, and it seems that the signing of Richarilson from Watford has sprung the club into life in the transfer market. The latest name to be linked with a potential move to Goodison Park is Torino’s M’Baye Niang.

According to Gazzetta Dello Sport, as cited by Talksport, we have enquired into Niang’s availability. The 23-year-old joined Torino on a permanent basis earlier this month, due to an obligation to buy clause in his loan move from AC Milan. However, the Senegalese forward is reportedly keen to leave Torino before the conclusion of the transfer window.

Verdict:

Without question, Niang isn’t a prolific goalscorer. He has only amassed 38 career goals in 212 club appearances, that said, he could still prove to be an interesting option for us. The forward is regarded for his versatility; he can operate in practically every position in attack. Moreover, he’s a very mobile player, who’s recognised for his intelligent movement and skilled dribbling ability. He would be a solid option to have.
