Everton are said to be in negotiations for Lorient duo Dango Ouattara and strike partner Terem Moffi, that is according to Santi Aouna. He has reported that Everton have now opened negotiations with Lorient for the Burkina Faso attacker Dango Ouattara along with Moffi.

According to Santi Anouna, Everton have offered €20M for Terem Moffi who has 10 goals this season and are keeping tabs on his attacking partner who has 5 goals and 5 assists in 16 games so far this season. This would be a massive improvement on Everton’s current attacking options as our current top scorer is Demarai Gray with 5 goals in all competitions.

At only 20 years old, Dango is only in his second season of senior football. Last season he was a bit part player, primarily coming on from the bench but this season he has started every game this season playing on either wing as he is strong on either foot but primarily uses his left foot.

Moffi, however, moved to Ligue 1 side Lorient in 2020 and has played in a number of positions across the front line and has proven himself a constant goal threat, scoring 33 goals in 88 appearances in France so far.

It would be a risk for Everton to spend €20M on an unknown player who is still learning his trade, but they do need some attacking reinforcements whether that is Dango or his teammate Terem Moffi.
