According to TeamTalk, Mo Besic is again a target for Middlesbrough who took the midfielder on loan last season in the January window.
The midfielder is a real tenacious presence in the middle of the park but has had injury worries and I wonder whether Marco Silva is going to be that keen on keeping him on.
Certainly, Boro look set to try and test the water with them apparently looking to push ahead a deal this week along with a few others they are working on.
The Verdict
Personally, I’d like to see the midfielder stay on and see if he can force his way into the side but that’s just personal preference, I can also see why we might let him go, too.
He’s not a guaranteed starter at the club by any means but he is a talent and one that it’ll be interesting to watch wherever he is next season.
