The Liverpool Echo is reporting that Everton are among those being tipped to try and sign Aaron Ramsey.
The midfielder’s contract negotiations with Arsenal broke down earlier this week and it now seems as though he might leave the club next summer.
Certainly, he is a top player for both club and country and it seems as though the bookies think we have a chance of getting him in – alongside Liverpool and Chelsea.
Without doubt, he’s the sort of player that would improve our side and with his creative presence we’d surely improve as a side.
He’s also the type of player we need to be going after to underline our ambitions of breaking into the top six and maybe Theo Walcott can convince him this is the place to be.
It remains to be seen if we make a move for now, though, but he’s surely going to start attracting interest.
