It feels like forever since Andre Gomes was last seen in an Everton shirt, but after nearly a month out, the Portuguese international is back.

The former Barcelona man has been sat on the sidelines nursing a rib injury the midfielder pieced up against Wolves in early September, and now after four weeks, Gomes is back in training along with Theo Walcott, who suffered a head injury last weekend against Manchester City.
As expected, plenty of Everton fans were buzzing to see their number 8 back amongst the first-team squad, and some took to social media to express their joy in Gomes’ comeback to training.
