Everton have shown some signs of improvement under the guidance of Marco Silva but the inconsistency of the past six weeks, which included a woeful run of results in December, has shown there is still plenty of room for improvement.
The Toffees caught the eye during the summer with some exciting additions, including the likes of Yerry Mina and Richarlison, but further inspiration is needed in the squad – with the club seemingly looking to bolster their attacking ranks.
According to reports, Everton are monitoring Bournemouth striker Callum Wilson and PSV Eindhoven winger Hirving Lozano in a quest to improve their forward line but moves for the pair are more likely to occur at the end of the season.
