New manager Marco Silva’s tenure as Everton gaffer opens with a clash against Wolves at the Molineux.

The big fixture release for the coming Premier League season of 2018/19 took place a short time ago earlier today and Silva can now adjust his plans based on who we face, and when.

Everton fans have been at this game long enough, the broadcasters are yet to get their hands on matches so changes to the below list will take place with every passing month of the new campaign, but from today some plans can be made and certain fixtures can be picked out as all important given what the club will be wanting to achieve this year.

For Everton, two fixtures in particular standout and we face Liverpool at Anfield first at the beginning of December, with the Goodison Park leg taking place at the beginning of March.

Silva gets home advantage first over former club Watford in the festive month as well before what I imagine will be a tasty return to Vicarage Road in February.

December will undoubtedly be the difficult month with matches come that thick and fast but we do find ourselves away for the Boxing Day clash against Burnley, however, that balances with a New Year’s Day home tie against Leicester City.

The season run-in could also be interesting, but there are winnable games in that set, as whatever happens, we’ll want to end the season on a high to send us into the next campaign with a better base.
