It’s rare a player ever makes it to over 100 goals for a club, but Graeme Sharp is just one of a handful of players to reach that achievement for Everton.

The iconic Toffees striker that now dons on the side of Goodison Park is one of the club’s most prolific attackers, as well, as one of it’s most decorated, with Sharp winning two First Division titles, an FA Cup and a European Cup Winners Cup during his 11-year career with Everton.
Sharp is currently the club’s second top-scorer as stats from ToffeeWeb show, and to celebrate his birthday, Everton’s official Twitter account paid homage to the legendary attacker with a post and one of his most famous strikes for the Toffees, a video that that plenty of supporters on social media enjoyed thoroughly.
Here’s what some Everton fans had to say about Sharp on Twitter…
That’s a goalscorer with a lot of passion . Short supply round our way nowadays. Happy birthday legend .

Sharp remains one of the most iconic names in the blue half of Merseyside, and a player than fans today seemingly want back in the side given Everton’s poor run of form in recent weeks.
