Everton are due to announce the arrival of Dutch winger Anraut Danjuma on loan from Villareal in the next 24 hours, but he has already sent a message to the Everton fans ahead of his move.

The blues have, today, announced the departure of Frank Lampard and his coaching staff after a terrible run of form of late, with the toffees sitting 19th in the Premier League after 20 games.

Lampard was apparently a huge factor in why Arnaut Danjuma chose to join Everton, despite interest from several other Premier League sides, including his former club AFC Bournemouth.

Speaking to Sky Sports, Arnaut Danjuma said:

“I will do absolutely everything I can to keep Everton in this League” [via Football Daliy]

Although the 25-year-old has struggled for consistency in a goal-scoring sense this season, since joining Villareal in 2021, he has been nothing short of phenomenal.

He has scored 22 goals in 51 appearances for the yellow submarine, including 6 goals and an assist in a single Champions League campaign last season.

Everton seemingly failed to replace Richarlison who left Goodison Park to join Tottenham Hotspur for around £60 million in the summer, but they could have finally replaced the Brazilian when this deal is signed and sealed.
